Your SaaS company has:

  • 10,000 internal docs (Markdown files in a wiki)
  • 50,000 historical support tickets (each has problem, resolution, tags)
  • ~500 support requests per day
  • A small support team that wants AI-suggested replies grounded in past tickets and docs
